Hello folks,

I've decided I'm going to pause any updates for UMBC until further notice as I get a backlog up and running. My motivation has been gone for the last few weeks. Just totally bottomed out. Partly from the state of the world, partly from normal life stress. Nothing super bad or anything. It's just the peaks and valleys of being a creative person living in "unprecedented times".

Last week I did take some time off work since my partner went on vacation with plans to focus on UMBC while she's away. It was the first time in a long time that I've taken time off work and despite being just two days I had a sort of work panic then didn't get anything done on this project. I do have general anxiety and depression, but I didn't think I would have had this reaction. It was pretty surprising to me truth be told. That said I did get myself to work on some non-UMBC-related gunpla this week and that was a lot of fun. Pictures below. 

During that time last week I have forced myself to take pictures of the UMBC kits that I have built and painted but haven't photographed yet. These are for some main characters and some "jobbers" (ie characters who will not have updates nor will be making it to Top 8, but will show up in one off matches). The latter are not painted or even panel lined since I will probably reuse their parts for other kits. Pictures below. 

Also I've commissioned an artist to make art of some the Creative team. The initial sketches have been fantastic and I hope to share the finish pieces once they're ready. 

SO, the tl:dr is, I'm still working on this, but am taking a break from updates to create a larger backlog.
